This year we are happy to announce that our computer wizards have completed extensive updating on the programming that brings you all the marvelous features included with this disc. Because we are now able to operate on a 32-bit basis (up from 16-bit), the 2001 disc offers increased speed and much better scroll-bar control, as well as a number of hidden improvements that contribute to the seamless experience of accessing over half a million records at the click of a button.

Gordons is also proud to announce that our Internet Datastore is now available. For years, our faithful clients have been clamoring for on-line access to all the Gordons data. Now it is so: our core databases, numbering some 1,360,000 records, are now on-line. Currently, the vast Gordons Print Prices, Lawrences Dealer Print Prices and Gordons Photography Price International databases are accessible via the Internet. With features similar to our custom-designed CD-ROMs, the data is easily sorted and refreshingly complete. While the Internet Datastore and the CD are two distinct products, many of our CD customers are opting to subscribe to both. So far, the CD wins for portability and accessibility (no interruption of service while travelling or if the Internet is down), yet the Datastore offers more frequent data updates.
