The main (home) program window is the interface that enables the user to navigate through the hundreds of thousands of prints in the database. In addition, the user accesses the Bibliography, Lexicon, Directory, Advertisers, and the Help sections from this window.

The three static features of the main window are the Menu Bar, the Speed Button Bar, and the Artist List Box. The Artist List Box is more fully detailed in the Searching section of the help file under Finding Prints by Artist/Title. The Menu and the Speed Button bars are explained in their own separate sections.

The main windows large empty area is where the information the user has chosen is displayed. The type of window that opens up depends on the data requested. These windows are used and displayed in standard Windows configurations.
